(Image: Shutterstock)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Rod Stewart <\/strong>is extending his <strong>Caesars Palace<\/strong> residency, <strong>\u201cThe Encore Shows,\u201d<\/strong> into next year with six shows that will fall after his 81st birthday: May 27, 29, and 30, and June 2, 4, and 6.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNext year will mark 15 years at The Colosseum, and I still get terribly excited each time I return. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, October 8 via AXS.com.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collective Soul <\/strong>will return to <strong>the Venetian Theatre <\/strong>on February 4, 6, and 7. The general on-sale begins at 10 am PT Friday, October 3, via Ticketmaster.com, with presales beginning today.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Neon City Festival,<\/strong> scheduled as downtown\u2019s counter-programming to the Strip\u2019s F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix race, will feature <strong>Good Charlotte, Deadmau5, Breaking Benjamin, Two Friends, Fitz and the Tantrums, Bowling for Soup, <\/strong>and <strong>De La Soul, <\/strong>among others, from November 21-23.
